I totally agree with you on getting employees engaged and creating a prosumer model, especially in large organizations . Right now we are a hybrid of Prosumer and Branded. The challenge has not been getting employees on board, it has been keeping them engaged They start off with a bang and then fizzle. What have you seen as some successful ways to keep people engaged.
