Hello Andrew,

This is an Amazing piece of information provided. I do agree regarding the problem of Actions limited by low number of connections. As rightly said that it might look like a Chat, but there are amazing Gadgets available on the Net. The other day i managed to give my address ( Real Time ) through Google Maps to my friend, with details like, take a right from this place, there will be a mall, then cross it and take a left. Was amazed by this real time information :)

Andrew, following is my Wave ID, i can be the 3rd person in your list :) Happing Waving - kamdarkunjal@googlewave.com

Regards

Drew, I feel like there's a bit of disconnect between the opening ("Not enough value due to too few people") and the end ("Limitless possibility"). Now, I haven't ridden the Wave yet, so to speak, but, having done a few NMLCAs I see the possibility that too few people so early in the game representing a potential for early attrition. Could it die on the vine because there's not enough early value? What do you think?
I mean, it is Google and the buzz is huge, so, this is terribly unlikely. But I think maybe there's a lesson to add here about finding the right balance of beta testers in experimentation. Or, at least, enabling them to connect more easily in Experimentation. There should be SOME hand holding in the earliest stages. Then, once the early adopters have helped define the channel operation, they can take their hands off and let them run wild. Make sense?
